Just tried to use live chat to rectify a data purchase that dissapeared, the responder dissapeared too which then auto timed out our conversation, terrible terrible service with a very difficult to use website. Although they make taking payment from you easy.

Ah that sounds frustrating.
Generally that shouldn't happen, the chat system should give a reminder when idle so that you can opt in for more time. I hope you managed to get through and get it sorted in the end. If not, I'd recommend popping back through to speak to the team again.

To convert your credit into a data pack, please sign in to My3 and then navigate to our Data Packs.
You'll be able to purchase a Data Pack with the credit on your account.

Hey - I am following these steps but it keeps adding an additional SIM card into the basket. 😞
It is so hard to use your website - really needs some UX love - very frustrating website for the end users

Open the My Three app (or sign in online) and covert your £10 credit into a pack. Alternatively you can start a live chat (available via the Three homepage) to contact customer service and they’ll do it for you. Either way it’ll be active and ready to use immediately. 😀
