I've had an email tonight to say my order has been cancelled. I've never placed an order? Should I be concerned or speak to someone? There's an order for things I was browsing and having a nosey at but the order was definitely not placed. I don't have an "order placed" email. Apparently the order was dated 29.12.24 and I've received an email tonight (12.01.25) to say it's been cancelled...
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hello there.
Welcome to the three Community.
It's possible that you had items in your basket, which can cause the system to send an order cancelled message if they are left for too long.
If you're unsure though and would like to double check, you can reach out to the Support Team to make sure that there hasn't been any actual orders placed on the account.
