How do I get in touch?

Being 'technologicaly challenged' I prefer to speak to a person to resolve problems.  However, for many weeks now I have phoned various numbers, but was unable to get past the un-helpful automated system.  My account has now been passed to debt collectors. 

Is there a number I can call which would direct me to a human bein
