Hi @Flo,
I'm sorry to hear that the automated systems have been difficult to navigate. We don't want you to be dealing with a debt collector simply because you've had difficulty reaching someone to help with an issue. Please try the options here for our Customer Wellness Team, they're specialists in vulnerability and accessibility, including financial vulnerabilities, so they may be able to help, and you can find various ways to get in touch here: https://www.three.co.uk/accessibility/contact-us
Thanks,
Jonathan
