Hello, how do I remove a monthly boost? I bought a monthly boost once but it seems to bd recurring every month. I just want to cancel it but can’t see where on th eve app to do this. Thanks

For everyone who is still struggling with this incredibly unhelpful process from Three which almost seems designed to dissuade you from cancelling them, this is how I did it.
Firstly, I did this on the actual website rather than the app because I had thought that maybe the site would provide more functionality. There was no option on the home tab as stated above to"manage add-ons" so unless Three is purposefully trying to misdirect people, I don't know why you have advised that. I had to go onto the "PLAN" tab, rather than the home tab. Then after scrolling down past your plan, contract, device, there is a section for purchasing more add ons. Counter-intuitively, if you go in to buy more add ons, it will show you the add ons you already have. Next to them, there should be an option to remove them. I should also say, that I did this on the website rather than the app. On the app, it looks like the 'Plan details' section in the home tab is where you can "Buy Add-ons", so if you click that link it should take you through the same process.
Please for the love of god Three just change the title of that link to "manage" rather than "buy" add-ons and you will save a lot of customers the time and hassle when they are trying to cancel. Something in me tells me that's baked into the process though....

HAHAHAHA I spoke too soon. In the process of the above, I've had a live digital chat open with three to help. Once going through all these steps and removing it I have been told...... It's not been cancelled! Ta Da!! Despite it now no longer showing up on my account and details on ANY of the app or website (after removing it), Three digital help has said that I should... cancel it?? Despite it not even being registered as there on my account for me to cancel. They have now said that they will cancel it on their end if my cancellation has not come through in 24 hours so I guess I will leave it there. Watch this space for another post at the end of the month when I inevitably forget to chase tomorrow and am just charged again at the end of the month...

Hi,
I’m having a really big issue with a monthly boost at the moment on my account which I cancelled back in July and I am still being charged for. 3 phone calls and a live chat and I still have it on my account and being charged. I am SO disappointed with the service I have received and if I wasn’t locked in to my sim only plan for another 1.5 year - I would leave three completely.

Sorry for any confusion, you've posted to a forum topic rather than directly contacting Three. You should be able to find options to manage your Add ons from My3 either from https://www.three.co.uk or the Three App.

Hi. I know this “solution” was posted last year but I would have thought this should still apply. I have, however, scoured both the app and the website and there’s no way on earth can i find what you moderators refer to, where I can cancel a boost. This almost makes me think it’s a trap so subs can keep paying until they figure it out. The solution should be simple and yet so complicated. I can view my add-ons but there’s no remove or cancel button!

I was wondering if you have managed to solve this as I cancelled a bolt on in may that’s still showing and having to call every month to sort my bill out. Three just keep saying that it’s not just me having problems and they are trying to fix it

Sorry to hear you're having issues with removing an add on. Can you help me understand the issue a little more? Are you seeing an error message when you try to remove this on the App or Online, or does it seem to be removed but keeps showing up on the next bill?
Have you discussed this with customer services since your last bill was produced, if so what have they advised?
