How long does a refund take from scammed after getting a phone call saying I’m getting a refund?

I was a victim of a scam, and reported it to the fraud team after months of not realising until I was randomly looking at my bank statements more in-depth at 2am. I got a phone call and email saying that the investigation has concluded and that I’m being refunded for the device that a scammer bought in my name. So happy days? No one seems to be able to tell me how much they are willing to give me back and that the iPhone contract that the scammer brought is still showing up on my Three App account. All I keep getting from customer service is ‘you’ll be contacted soon’. 🤔

It's disappointed to hear that's happened to you. This is a customer forum so no one here can actually access the account to check what's going on. It would be difficult to determine how much you're going to be getting, or long the refund will take. From past experience though, about 14 working days could be a good bet.

Okay that’s fair. I was getting extremely frustrated with the lack of definitive answer of time frame of when the info was given to me.
