I just bought a 24-month SIM by mistake with the help of customer care. I called customer services to cancel my contract within 2 days (they have 14-day cooling off period). My monthly bill came and it includes payment for the cancelled SIM.

Sorry to hear you've taken out a SIM plan by mistake. It sounds like you've just recently cancelled this additional SIM? Do you know which date the cancellation was processed, and what date your latest bill was produced? If these were in quick succession, or the bill produced first, this should usually be credited back on the next bill.

All the ways to get in touch can be found here. 333 should get you in touch with us if you're calling from your Three SIM though.
