Hello there.

Welcome to Three Community.

There shouldn't be any way for My3 to sign into an account that's in someone else's name. It sounds like either the My3 app is signing into the last account it was signed into, or the account isn't actually in your name, but is in your fathers name with you as a registered user.

I'd recommend uninstalling the app, then installing it again, then signing into your new number which should be registered with your own email address. If it's still not taking you to the right account, it could mean it's in your dads name.

Pete.
