Unable to top up on my 3 app or website i get a message saying " Please ask the account holder to log in with their details to continue. It's the same for other actions too I am the holder of this account ive look led through setting and try adding my payment card still same problems

To anyone reading this has the same problem try uninstall and install the my3 app
Double check login and passwords just in case to
check webpage login to if you have only one divice try different web browsers if that fails
head over three's website look for contact us click start a chat with the digital assistant and get through the questions if the a.i suggests fails type for ask for a agent on the chat page and explain you problem.
As for me I'm back in the app and able to get access to account my plan , topup etc thanks to the agents on 3 digital chat really helpfull much appreciated
