As the title says
I have sought help but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this
I got an alert from clear score saying i am in arrears with my 3 account, with a missed payment in July. My bill cycle is 5th month to the 4th, and my direct debit usually comes out between the 24th and 27th. I checked my bank and my DD did come out on time, no bounces. I rang 3 who said my July payment was paid on time and I am not in arrears. No missed or late payments. They have no idea why Its been reported that I have missed a payment. They said they'd send me an email detailing I have paid/no late payments, and also update equifax.
I contacted equifax and have opened a case and I will send them any proof.
I have been with three for 7 years, never missed a payment. It's my only account with them and all the info matches up. I upgraded my phone and sim card plan at the beginning of July and im wondering if this was caused some sort of miscommunication with billing cycles / equifax updates. It has dragged my credit score down by about 100 points which is upsetting as I have a perfect missed payment record 😞

The exact same thing happened to me for July. Said I missed a payment but it was paid, contacted customer services and they said it’s paid and don’t know why I’ve been reported as a missed payment.
they’ve agreed to update it but it won’t show on my credit report for 30 days.

Hi! Did you manage to get this resolved? Exactly the same thing has happened to me with my August payment, I pay by DD every month so cannot understand how Three have reported this as a missed payment! I’ve phoned them three times now and still not had any resolution re credit file even though the advisors I’ve spoken with can see and agree it was paid on time. So unfair when it’s harming our scores!

Mine was resolved and I was compensated. I did it through live chat and 5/6 weeks later my credit report was corrected.
