Hi can you help me please, I can't access three pay .. so like buying an app on the Google play store or using boku etc, I tried the chat but it's a robot and just provided a couple of links, one of which said spending limits .. so I clicked on it and it says it looks like I've hit my spend limit...but I haven't used it at all, I only got my new SIM today on a 24 month contract. Is there a ruling in place that I have to wait for my first bill and pay it before I can start using three pay? I also tried calling 333 but couldn't seem to get to speak to a actual person and got stuck in a loop of menus. I'd be very grateful for any help, thank you.

Hi @Fiona2,
There's a couple of different limits that could apply here, if you haven't hit the £40 per transaction limit, or the £240 per month, this could indicate that your credit limit which counts any unpaid bills plus your unbilled charges is being reached.
Have you been in touch with customer services to check if your credit limit needs to be increased?
