Hi, just an obvious reply is to ask if you have international roaming turned on? If you cannot do it from your phone you can do it using My3 on the web. Also are you in a country that it covered by the package you bought? Check if you have a spending limit set as that may also be a problem. Failing all of these you can try customer services.
