I have 2 numbers from Three. I've been using 1 e-mail address for both to access my 2 Three Network online account and Three app. Since I've upgraded one contract, all of a sudden I cannot access the upgraded one online or via the 3 app. I tried to re-register, but I received an automated reply that the account already exist. I logged on but only 1 contract was showing up. I contacted 333 and they said I have to register with a different email address for my upgraded number. However, when I read the re- registration instruction, it stated that I should use the e-mail they use to contact me. I dont want to use 2 emails. So I requested to cancel my contract altogether.
