I upgraded from 4G internet at home which cost around 25 pound a month to the super duper Three existing customer offer of 5G at just 16 pounds a month, this was over a month ago. I am also a Three customer on the phone which is another 25 pound or so a month. So in theory I should only be paying around 40 pounds a month. Three have giving me a bill which I assume is a combined bill of home internet and phone when it states Number of connections 2. They have hit me for a combined total of 58 pounds. Now I understand I got charged for the shinny white 5G wireless router because some things are not free but should I get in touch with Three or wait until the next bill?
