The reply given by sc1999 is good. Three can be a pain at times but they don’t deny access to your account for no reason so instead of venting your spleen on here either give us more information so we can try to help or better still contact customer service.

Please add some more detail. Is your account payg, when did last login and when did you last use the phone? If it's PAYG an you have not made a call or text in 180 days the you have lost the number. Another issue may be overdue or late payments.
