Hello,
I worked and lived in the UK for a year but had to move back to Denmark (my nationality) this November for family and work related reasons. My mobile contract expires in one year, my internet hub in 1 1/2 year. When I bought the hub In the shop, I was told, I could cancel the contract, if I had to move back home. When leaving, I was told, it would cost me c. 600£ to cancel both contracts before termination date. As this Three service is no longer available on the new address in Denmark, I believe I can make use of 'the special right of termination'. I have contacted Three in Denmark to continue on a Danish deal, but they cannot help. To whom in Three UK can I send this complaint or rather claim? Does anyone know??
