Just joined 3 and can’t seem to access the app as saying password is wrong and then get numerous security alerts about my account
tried reset , customer service everything and still can’t gain access
also asking me to register which I did at start
any advice thanks

As SC1999 says, sometimes it can help to toggle between WiFi and mobile data too, usually it's best to use mobile data when first setting up My3.
You could also try connecting to three.co.uk from a browser or another device and this will help narrow down if it's perhaps an issue with the app or My3 in general.

Hi, we all suffer from this occasionally. Try turning off WiFi and connect over the 3 network or vice versa. I do not know if there is a delay in the system setting up your account so you may have to wait a couple of days.
