Best solution Customer complaint

There used to be an option in both my three app and the website to see the current or previous complaints update. Did they remove that option or something. I got an email to log in to th app and see the update but it takes me to the homepage 

Turn off voicemail

I have twice gone through the long winded process of speaking to 3 different advisers, receiving check codes to clear security, to try and turn my voice mail off with no luck.Why do they make it so complicated
