I have tried to log in to my account many times as I didn't realise I had ran out of credit and it is saying my account is blocked. I have reregistered last month and topped up my account that same day yet I am no longer able to access my account to top up my phone again.
I don't have a clue what is wrong or what I am supposed to do.

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble accessing My3. If you're still unable to login, then try the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. You'll be prompted to enter your email, then you should receive a link to reset your account and password.
If you're still running into issues with this afterwards, please let us know the specific error message you're seeing and we can take a closer look.

PAYG accounts must be used for a chargeable event, call or text, every 180 days. If this is not done then the number will be lost. If you have no active number then you will not be able to login. If this is not the case then you need to contact customer services.
