I have change my email address as I no longer have access to the email I have previously used to open the account. Now , I went to a Three store to show my passport to change my email over to a new one. I have registered my new email address. Right now, I want to change my direct debit details but the account is saying "you are not allowed to make changes . Only the owner can make changes"
But I am the account owner

I am having this exact same problem, I can't even top up or buy a data pack. I have been waiting weeks on getting support but there's been none whatsoever.

That's not s good. It might be that something hasn't quite fully updated yet. You could try again to see if it's still doing the same thing now. If it is, I'd recommend reaching out to the Support Team in order to get them to double check the account for you.
