i’m trying to pay off some of my device plan. keeps saying error code 500. this has happened everytime so i can’t pay, to the point my account is at default. WHAT DO I DO

Sorry to hear you've been running into these errors when attempting to arrange payments. I've passed feedback onto our online teams.

To help us track this issue down, can you let us know a few more details?

  • Were you seeing the errors on the Three App, or logging into My3 on a browser?
  • What model of device and browser were you using?
  • Is the issue persisting, or did you manage to sort this out since posting?

Hi there. 

If there isn't a direct debit on the account, payments for your device plan need to be made via the support team on chat or by calling 333. The team will be able to take your payment, and if you'd like to set up a Direct Debit, they can help with that.
