I’m a teacher in a secondary school and we have an international trip scheduled for this Friday. To keep parents informed without sharing my personal mobile number, I purchased a new SIM card with roaming credit and created a WhatsApp group for communication.
However, shortly after sharing the group link, my number was blocked by the mobile provider Three. Same situation did WhatsApp, but WhatsApp accepted my ID’s but Three blocked completely my number. Despite submitting my driving licence ID,I have my personal line with them, school ID, and other verification documents, my number remains flagged as a scam.
Who can help me.
I sent my documents to Three customer protection and my number still blocked

Hi again @Teacher,
I just wanted to check in with you to see how you're getting on.
Were your service reinstated, or was this not possible?
Thanks,
Michael

Hi there @Teacher,
I understand it's not the best timing to have the number blocked ahead of your trip.
This can sometimes happen automatically, in line with protective security measures.
The Customer Protection team will check everything that you've sent and confirm to you if the service will be reinstated. Were you advised of an outcome, or are you still waiting for this?
Thanks,
Michael
