 hi three I was debited an extra amount of 36.94 after my monthly agreement debit of 82.91 has been made which is a total of £119 . Pls can I get an explanation for this or a refund

Two things;your screenshot just shows a yellow triangle.Forum moderators have to approve photos but you really shouldn’t post any personal information for the sake of  your own security.
