My three account wont let me login i keep getting a message saying my phone number is not recognised. so it can't send me a passcode

I have it too and tried to get onto the help department yesterday and was treated like a criminal as nbr not recognised or my acct number! so something is seriously wrong with their new system but they blame their customers! Its Not On!
