My3 through web browser

Hi, does anyone else have problems logging into their account through Safari? I have found that it's not possible and have had to use a different browser such as Edge.

Exactly the same problem for me.  Three website won't load properly in Safari on my Mac, but will on iPhone. I went for several months unable to access my invoices.  In the end, I used Chrome, but Three ought to make sure their website works for all popular browsers. Just tried again, and still not working.

Hi @DiDi,

I don't think I've seen anyone else specifically mention Safari.

Is this through your iPhone/iPad or on a Mac/PC?
Does the rest of the site load okay?
What point does it stop working, and are there any errors from the browser or Three?

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi, this is through iPad. I usually get to front page, submit phone number, then captcha, usually twice then nothing. No error messages.

Nothing? As in a totally blank page? But you can load the same account on the App or another browser?

No not a totally blank page - after the captcha it reverts to the page showing the phone number and then ‘just sits there’.  No problem with Edge.  I can log into the Community through either browser.

Sometimes it doesn’t even bother with the captcha!

3 are not alone with this. I get fed up having to try some sites in multiple browsers to either get the site to load or to get it to format in a usable manner. Then the browser that works gets updated and the site no longer works. I think it's a matter of poor code, or poor testing, by the website rather than the browser.
