- Need proof of barring / proof of usage documents to claim on insurance
- Three not providing said documents after weeks, over 10 phone calls and live chats and trying the complaints process
- Hundreds of customers having same issue, Three jeapordiaing insurance claims and making victims of crime suffer unnecessary stress.
Please can an employee that cares URGENTLY help provide proof of barring / proof of usage for my stolen phone. We have been contacting for weeks and keep being told 48 hours but nothing happens!
Every time all information has to be repeated ALL OVER AGAIN despite every support agent then falsely promising it will be looked into within 48 hours and noted on the account.
Please someone who actually cares at three i have had my phone stolen, i just want Proof of usage and proof of barring documents so i can claim on my insurance!!!
This is ridiculous and i can see from multiple threads on here people having no luck after 6 weeks!

They keep just closing the complaint and not providing the documents.
