Hello, I need help regarding that currently I have Sim only, Pay as you go plan.
I have 10+2 GB data pack for 10 Pounds monthly plan which deducts each month.
I want to add a 100 GB for 13.50 pounds monthly plan instead of the above plan as I have a need of more data.
So once I remove the current data pack and add the new one.
It takes me to my account for payment as still I have 14 days in the current month left.
I want the new plan to be active from 1st June.
If you could please help me with this query.

Your best bet would be to start a live chat with customer service. I think I’m right in saying that as long as you have the credit they can swap packs although if you’re swapping midway through one pack you’ll lose the allowance remaining. This info used to be correct when I was a payg customer around a year ago so my advice is to check with customer service.
