Another holiday in process of being ruined by 3. Bought a sim card for abroad for £10 . Told to insert it prior to leaving. Then with sim in phone and boarding plane i was hit with questions asking for 15 digit ssid number. Got unto help online with 3 and they didn't have a clue. Plane left and the sim card useless. I'm paying the £2 a day for roaming and my email has stopped. So 14 days here means £28 plus the £10 I spent for the sim .
