Nightmare trying to upgrade

I have just spent nearly 4 hours trying to upgrade my 2 handsets to have encountered such poor customer service and to be told that 6 applications have been made so I have been sent to referrals dept whom I called and was told to chat again and get them to rectify the errors ! Every time I get on chat and clearly they have to sort the mess the previous account handler made they disconnect me - very unhappy customer i have never felt the need to post but I’m so frustrated at the sheer lack of service 😤

Welcome to the Three Community. 

I'm unsure why the application would need to be made so many times, were these done multiple times due to errors? If so, have the team confirmed what the errors are? 

Have you tried doing the upgrade online? You can manually enter the information and complete the application there without having to worry about anyone else making a mistake.
