Nightmare trying to upgrade

I have just spent nearly 4 hours trying to upgrade my 2 handsets to have encountered such poor customer service and to be told that 6 applications have been made so I have been sent to referrals dept whom I called and was told to chat again and get them to rectify the errors ! Every time I get on chat and clearly they have to sort the mess the previous account handler made they disconnect me - very unhappy customer i have never felt the need to post but I’m so frustrated at the sheer lack of service 😤
