I can't believe there are no Nero reward codes this morning. Is this an error - surely 80000 codes have not been rewarded just today??

Howdy Folks.  

I've done a bit of digging and the promotions guys have confirmed that the codes are indeed all gone this week already. I'm sorry about that. I know that must be disappointing to hear, it's a really popular discount offer. 

There are still other offers on Three+ to be enjoyed, including the 2 for 1 on sweet treats from Nero as well. I hope you all find something to enjoy.

Hey! On my app it now says the first 30,000 codes. This is WAY down on the usual 80,000 codes...so not sure what's going on this week?

I noticed that the cafe Nero codes have decreased from 80,000 to 30,000 codes per week. Is this a one off or will this be the new norm? Unfortunately no codes left and it’s only Monday

The codes went up as normal this week. It sounds like you might have missed them, or there's an issue with your app. I'd recommend checking some of the other offers on the app to see if those work. If not, it would be best to reach out to the support team directly in order to have the app and account looked at to make sure any issues are resolved.

hello, how the 2x1 pffer works? If I buy two different drinks which one I will not pay? The expensive one or the cheap? I don’t see anything explain in terms and conditions!

My claimed code often “has already been used” despite me not. Once claimed, why should this be the case?

Hello, Digger. 

The code should generally only show up as used once it's actually been used. Three don't generate the codes, they are provided by Nero, and then used at Nero, so it might be worth getting in touch with them to see what's going on with it.

I don't think people should be able to save them for use later in the week if this is the issue. There is no way people are using them as soon as they redeem them. People must be hanging onto them. I am like others, may change provider over this
