My account predates October 2021. I checked in a 3 store last week to see if I could still use my at home allowance whilst in Hungary. The customer assistant said YES no problem. I have now arrived in Hungary and I can’t use my phone. Not even to call 333 and actually talk to someone. I’m in a very difficult situation. I’m currently hooked up with a friend of a friend’s WiFi but it’s only for the next hour or so. I’m outside and very cold. The live chat link is unhelpful. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can speak with someone at 3?
