No phone delivered by DPD and Three wants to start charging for a phone i did not collect

I oredered for an Iphone 15 Pro max from Three, The phone  was suppose to be delivered the next day, I was not home to receive it so I missed the delivery.

The second time i waited for a call from DPD  to deliver after they had sent me an email that it will be delivered, I didnt get the call, all I got was an email stating a missed delivery. 
I had to pay extra charges for custom delivery to get it on Sunday. 

DPD delivered on Sunday only for me to discover that there was no phone in the parcel , just the charger, the case, and screen guard.

I am really furious and dissapointed, I will not pay for a phone I did not collect. Three has sent me an email indicating that the ohone has been delivered. I have raised the compliant with Three agents and he said he has raised it to the complaint , with reference number ************337.

I hope this will be resolved and get my Phone or I will report this to Police ASAP.

You talk about personal insults?? Perhaps you should go back to your previous posts, addressing me with words like “unluckiest” Poor” and dicrediting my events even when ypu have no idea and full understanding of my current predicaments.

But you felt you have the effontry to type anything perhap you fee invicinble with your keypads.

Well as you wish but I’m not picking on you I’m just giving you advice. The bottom line is,as I’ve said previously I question your version of events and that will remain the same.
