My phone was supposed to be delivered on 7 of January but I wasn’t at home so i changed it to near dpd store, didn’t arrive next day, no sign of delivery on 9 then i rang three and dpd they said i will definitely get it on 10 of January never arrived,rang them again they said tomorrow you will get it, i was at work got an email to go to their store with an id and collect your phone,
went there collect parcel but it was a stone instead of a phone even the store guy was shocked he said we never did anything we can show you cctv its definitely a dpd guy,call police or dpd i rang dpd they said claim through three they should have investigated the driver who stole it anyways spoken to a three guy on phone he said will investigate and will let you know in 48 hours.
what am I supposed to do now it was my upgrade and i have to pay for something I didn’t get and its £47 for 24 months its not fair with people like us in this hard time.
I don’t know what they gonna do can anyone on here help me please

Hello mate what was update, same happens with me 3 days ago received delivery with tape up opened and no phone just the all accessories,, reported and Three customer protection team rang me asking what was the issue, and at the end told me we closed our investigation and the three customers service will deal from now on I rang three services been told can send out the phone, now left with £90 a month contract with no phone ,,,

I'm so sorry to hear this, I can't imagine how distressing this situation is. You've done the right thing to report this as soon as possible. It sounds like the representative you've spoken to has raised an investigation with our Customer Protection Team who investigate matters relating to fraud.

Thanks for your reply, i have spoken to three again today they said we never forwarded your complaint to three fraud team it was with dpd so they just forwarded my complaint to your fraud time now but i have already told them yesterday on phone and live chat to tell them but I don’t know why didn’t they do it.
spoken with dpd as well they said sorry for our driver inconvenience ask three to speak to us and they will refund you or send you new phone

Don't wait, call the police. A police report number may help put pressure on 3 if they try to blame you or try to duck their responsibility. Keep a record of phone calls, your visit to DPD, etc. just in case.

Thanks for your reply, i have all evidence and witnesses from the shop if I don’t get my phone by tomorrow then i will open an enquiry against three and dpd. I have all their call records,messages cctv etc and they are scared of police i have mentioned with them i will go to police they said no wait for us to investigate it, they know they done something wrong and that’s why they are scared of it. I have read so many bad reviews about dpd they stole phones I don’t get it why they still using their services if they steal people phones.
