Not able to download bill for October

There seems to be a problem with my billing. I would have expected to be able to download my October bill by now, but I can only download the September one. Is there a billing issue that's holding this up?

Hey @adamjmcgrath,

I'm not aware of any delays to billing documents.

It might be related to your billing cycle. When you download your last bill, could you advise the date for your bill period on the top right hand corner please?

The bill period for my previous bill is 21 Aug 2024 to 20 Sep 2024

It looks like Octobers bill should have been available from the 21st of October then, billing period 21st September through to the 20th October. 

It's unclear why that wouldn't be showing, but I'd recommend reaching out to the Support Team to see it's something they can view and send out for you.

I spoke to someone from the Billing Team they said they would email me a copy of my October bill. Then I spoke with someone from the Technical Support team and they said there was an issue that was affecting my billing and it would be resolved before my November bill - fingers crossed! Will report back if I have any issues.

Update - it wasn't resolved... My November bill is here and again there's no way to download the PDF I need for my expense reports 👿

Hello, Adam. 

That's not so good. I'm not sure what would be causing that, but it might be worth asking the team to email a copy of the PDFs that you need. If they can do that, you should get them within a few days.
