I have been using Three for almost three and a half years now. Last month, I changed my contract to 120GB. However, when I received my bill for this month, it totaled around £164.87. Upon reviewing the bill, I noticed there was a £148.87 charge for exceeding my allowance.
I called customer care to verify this charge, but they were not clear about why I was billed this amount. All they kept saying was that I had used Google services. I am certain that I did not use any of their services, and I don't understand why these charges would appear on my Three bill.
If you could help me resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hey @Simon023
Welcome to the Three Community.
We're sorry to hear that you've had unexpected charges applied to your latest bill.
Did our team manage to give you the details for Google to allow you reach out to them?
It sounds like these charges have been applied to your Three account via our Three pay service.
If you'd like to discuss this further, please reach out to our Complaints team.
