I’ve had PAYG, with included Roaming (Go Roam) for a few years. Never had any problems but for the past month or so, Three has started randomly charging for data, both in Europe and the USA. I’ve always kept £10 credit, in addition to the normal monthly debit. I raised a query last month, but it got dismissed without explanation. Anyone else have this problem?

I think I’ve fixed mine. I simply cancelled my PAYG Auto-renew, and started another. Hey Presto, my available roaming went from 0kb to 12Gb. I’m off abroad tomorrow so will see what happens.
I note that new PAYG terms auto-renew ‘for up to 12 months’, whereas my previous data auto-renew continued indefinitely.

I've had a number of Chats, but continue to be frustrated. None of the online helpers has managed to find a resolution, though most are willing to refund the charges. I have pointed out that this isn't a solution, as there seems to be a generic problem that needs fixing.
I have been able to Roam, as - unlike others who cannot get Data abroad - I have kept £10 Credit in addition to the data auto-renew. Roaming charges (USA, Italy, France & Belgium) have come out of this credit.
Although online, and within the 3 App, Roaming is enabled (PAYG) the 'Include Roaming Allowance' shows 0kb left. This probably explains why I'm being charged. I HAVE NOT EXCEEDED 12Gb! Indeed my total usage the month is 3Gb, and roaming forms a small part of that total.
I managed once to get a Technical Review, but got fobbed off (Case Solved) with a 'you must have been using some other chargeable services!!!! I wish I could point out to them directly that one of those 'chargeable services' was an Online Chat with Three trying to figure out this problem. Ridiculous, and well short of the normally good Support from Three.

I have changed my Auto-renew PAYG, and see that my data roaming allowance has shot up from 0kb to 12gb
