How do I start my free paramount subscription

Welcome to the Three Community!
When you opt in for the Paramount+ subscription we send you an activation link to redeem the subscription, you have to use the activation link to get things started up.
If you have a Paramount+ subscription already, this needs to be cancelled before you activate this.

I did have a old paramount+ subscription which I asked to be cancelled (live chat) last month, got a new contract with a 2 year Paramount+ which was cancelled instead last Sunday. (I've filled out a complaints form)

Thanks for getting back to us.
To clarify, were you on a paid Paramount+ subscription, but then wished to cancel this as you were in the process of taking a plan which had the subscription included?
If so, was the subscription removed unexpectedly?
I'd appreciate any clarity, but you should hear back from the complaints team as soon as possible.
