Pay as you go roaming

bought new pay as you go sim 31st of July and the expiry date is 30th of August. I’ve been travelling around Europe and everything was fine until I arrived to Madrid last night and I can’t use my data anymore. I have 50GB data which I used less than half of it. I haven’t changed my phone settings and roaming is on. Contacting 3 is absolutely a nightmare as it’s going nowhere and live chat is not working. I am a foreigner here and need to have mobile data to navigate and find my way. I’m extremely disappointed at 3 services and need some help to be able to use the data I have left on my account. Has anyone had the same problem? Can someone help me please so I can have my phone data problem fixed?

I believe that there is a fair usage limit of 12gb per month. You may have exceeded this but I don't know how you can get around this other than buy an addon.
