I purchased contract sim on 29 December 2024 its started working on 2 jan 2025. After that on the date of 4 jan 2025 i facing issue with the receiving and making phone calls . Im not able to receive phone calls and even not making phone calls . Please figure it out because of its a serious issue which is happening with me.

Assuming you are moving to Three network, and therefore could be you are having problems with porting your number?

I have tried everything to fix this same issue but nothing worked, you'll be better off just switching to a different provider.
