I would like to cancel the “insurance full cover add on” how do I do this?

Hey @Xez, are you looking to cancel the insurance you took out for your device? If so, you'll need to get in touch with us, so we can remove that for you. Let me know and I'll point you in the right direction for that. 

If you want to cancel a data or call abroad add-on, you should be able to do that via the Three App or My3 online. Are you having trouble with that, or getting an error message when you try?
