Hello, i ported my number from lyca to three on 1/10/23 and i have got no incoming calls/messages, data and outgoing seems to be working. Im missing so many important calls, i regret choosing three and wish i would have moved my number to other network. Customer service just keeps on pretending to resolve and give timeframes. They are even blaming the other network.Im honestly so lost here, been two weeks now.

I had the exact same issue a few months ago when porting to Three from Vodafone. Its nothing to do with Lyca, its just the Three are absolutely useless. After about 6 weeks I managed to get it sorted, that was after over 100 phone calls, some lasting over 2 hours, and in the end the only thing that helped was threatening legal action.
Keep fighting and leave Three as soon as your contract is up!!

Hi @Awsjin,
I'm sorry to hear your port has been delayed but in terms of ports from Lyca, this is unfortunately in connection with a cyberattack that they suffered at the end of September. We're chasing them regulalrly to complete the delayed ports as soon as this is possible and safe to do so, but this is a circumstance that's outside of Three's control.
If you search our community, you'll see that almost every recent porting issue posted about here is from Lyca customers, and info about the data breach is available online from many trusted news sources.
Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

I have same issue. In my case, the number has been ported to three however I cannot receive any incoming call
