Premium number texts not being delivered

When I try to text a competition via a 5 digit text number it comes back undelivered.

Can you remove it premium rate text barring thank you

Check your My3 for any spending limits bars you may have or call customer services on 333.

There’s def no spending limit and 3 said no problem their end. Knew I should’ve stuck with EE

Hello. 

It might be worth contacting the team again and asking them to check your credit limit within the account. This is different from the spend limit, and ca sometimes be set to a lower number than the spend limit. If that's set too low, it would prevent you from being able to send those texts regardless of what the spend limit is set to.
