After a week my number finally works. Now I can’t get on the app. After the service I’ve had so far I need to see what I am actually on and I need to see if I have been credited with the £5 I was promised. I highly doubt it. Really not sure all the hassle has been worth it!
tried app and desktop. Same error message.
