I've been struggling with paying a bill for a week now. I made a bank transfer to my 3G account last Friday, February 28th, but the bill payment of £166.20 has not been made yet, which is really annoying. I put the customer number in the transfer reference.

Why oh why don’t you set up a direct debit??? You’d avoid this situation occurring and you’d get a £5 monthly discount on your bill. Seems a no brainer to me. 🤷♂️

Hello there.
Bank transfers take 5 working days to reach the account. I'm assuming you meant the 28th of March. If that's the case, the money would have arrived in the account today, that might be why you haven't seen it yet. If you want to get it checked though, you'd need to speak to someone from the Support Team by calling or chatting.
