Hi there,
I have been asked by my insurance company to provide them with documentation such as "Proof of Usage" and "Proof of Barring"
I have already mailed them the proof of purchase as requested to <email removed as no longer in use> can I know how long does it take to get those documents.
as I have to inform my insurance team to keep the claim status open.
as I can see the forum about the same complaint that they are being ignored for weeks even after the details provided to get the documents.
Can someone from the relevant team help we with that

Update, the proofs mail mentioned in this post is no longer in use. proofs@contact.three.co.uk should be used when sending Three proofs or documentation

I am also seemingly unable to get a Proof of Barring from Three. The customer support team is sending me round in circles and is deeply unhelpful when it comes to anything outside of the standard script.
I would really appreciate further support here - as you can understand filing an insurance claim for a stolen phone is an arduous enough process without Three slowing it down indefinitely.

Hello I'm going through the same thing this is very disappointing, I have been on the call and Web chat with three since the 22nd of May trying to get proof of barring and proof of usage they keep saying I'll get it in 72 hours this is very disappointing as I'm considering leaving three because they don't care about their customers.
