Proof of usage request

Terrible service from three. I lost my phone while on holiday. I raised a request on the 25th September to get a proof of usage document to take to my insurance company to claim my device. I was asked to provide a proof of purchase document which I sent over a week ago. I was told the process would take about 5 day which in it's self is ridiculous. But fine I waited only to reach out to them today and I'm told that I have wait another 5 days. Surely it shouldn't take this long to get a proof of usage document. Worst part they give you no update on the process.

If joining beware, definitely looking into cancel my contract.
