QR code for returning 5G hub not being sent

I’m wondering what is up with the system to generate QR code emails to return 5G hubs.  I contacted Kajal on a customer service call on 02MAR26 and was assured this would arrive in 2 working days.  I then contacted Gufran, again on a customer service call on 11MAR26, and have still not received a QR code, with more than 2 working days passing. Any suggestions please.
