Hi. Our cancer support group has a phone number that we publish to enable people to get in touch. for six or seven years it was on a £10 PAYG scheme that was perfect for us. A few months ago our phone stopped working when 3G was taken down in our region, and for a combination of reasons for many weeks we didn't check voicemail to see if anyone had left a message. I believe the service has been automatically discontinued because of the extended lack of activity. We now have a 4G capable phone available and want to get it working with the old number as we have a lot of literature with the number printed. 07*** ******. I am wondering who I can speak with to check this out; there's no point trying the Chat bot.
