Topped up but have 0 balance

I topped up my phone with 15 Pound this morning, did not use the internet once.Then I switched it on, and got immediately the message, that I am running out of funds. I checked my payment history. 15 pound went in, but my balance is 0. Three what is happening?

Hello. You're lucky you only gained 15 pounds, I gained 37 pounds today and nothing. One big zero. Absolute idiots and frauds, the worst part is that they are not doing anything about fixing this problem
